The Department of José Arce reshape the square Castillejo, odor-free systems installed in the municipality and will continue to scupper the plan of energy saving lamps
The refurbishment of the Plaza del Castillejo and continue energy saving programs are the main projects of the Department of Infrastructure and Services, led by José Arce, 2011.
The local residents of San Juan will enjoy a new fully remodeled plaza.

These measures do not impact on the quality of service and the citizen will not notice but the municipal coffers, since it has been saved 1 million euros.
Another project that will continue into 2011 is the installation of anti-odor 'drendor' in scuppers the municipality.
Since this system has been placed in 717 causing problems scuppers streets of Barrio del Carmen, San Antolin, San Nicolas, center, San Juan and University.
In 2011 will develop a plan that includes the 20,000 scuppers the municipality to continue with this initiative.
During 2010 work was carried out replacement of sidewalks, installation and replacement of pivots, paved streets, etc in the streets of neighborhoods and districts.
