Moya-Angeles: "In this year 13,000 units were built cadastral" (13/12/2010)

Finance Councilman Joaquin Moya-Angeler, explained that "in the year 2010 were 13,000 units built cadastral Real Property Tax."

The mayor explained that the annual review of rates is downward and not above the CPI.

The total census of the Property Tax this year amounted to 87,217,953.91 euros.

The pattern has increased by 13,956 units (4.32%) since last year 2009 was a total of 77,799,311 euros.

Remember that this year, 5,269 families have benefited from subsidies provided by the city of Murcia for owners of housing and property owned by large families.

Regarding exemptions have been 1,273 recipients.
