The course is taught by the master Alfonso Ortiz Robles and has already trained over 150 students.
Students will learn theory about the culture of ham, pork, ham class white Iberian ham classes, designations of origin, how to choose a good ham, tools for cutting, cleaning of ham, sliced ham, different parts of ham , placement of the piece, ways of consuming the ham, what to do when we have several hams and we do not want to spoil us and ham Spanish companies that export to China.
In addition, participants will practice cutting a whole ham and take it home vacuum packaging.
Students will receive a dossier with the theory, a ham Book The Well of 8 kg, a jamonera, a carving knife, a sharpener, an apron, lunch and certificate of attendance.
