The Association for the Study of Toro Bravo analyze the quality of the meat and farming (30/11/2010)

The quality of bull meat and habitat of the meadow where cattle graze these are some of the topics to be discussed in the Second Technical Conference of the Association for the Study of Toro Bravo, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University Murcia.

The meeting will open on December 10, at 17:15 pm with the first panel, in which professors from the University of Murcia Juan Seva, Miguel and Pedro Sanchez Motas examine the quality of wild animal.

The second activity of the Conference will be held on December 11, from 9:00 pm with the lecture in which Julio J.

Tovar, University of Extremadura, will discuss "The bull and the pasture."

The Conference, to be held in the University Teaching Farm, Campus de Espinardo, conclude with a visit to a cattle ranch.
