The Councillor for Housing, Transport and Trade, Antonio Castillo today presented the keys in Bacons Bridge of 9 public housing, garages and storage rooms, built within the municipal housing plan.
Castillo, who was accompanied by President of the Municipal Board, Enrique Cano, said in his visit to the property which is a new project implemented under the municipal plan, which enables young people from Murcia to fulfill their desire to acquire a property, something that is unlikely to occur if they had to go to the market.
The new owners are under age 35 whose income does not exceed 5.5 times the minimum wage (Reference Price Indicator Multiple Effect).
The average price of each house, with garage and storage room, is 133,500 euros, which represents them with shares of between 350 and 390 euros.
