The problems that have supported those affected by the relocation of the actuating unit 3 in CR6 (in the vicinity of Juan de Borbon) are being resolved and so have been reported in separate meetings held yesterday and today with the technical direction , who oversees the building, and managing director Urbamusa.
The latter, who this morning at 10 am, held a meeting with a representation of those affected, they made known the agreements reached with the Compensation Board, which specifically are:

These agreements, releases early in the morning, take place after the occurrence of other strides through the intermediation of Urbamusa, that since the problems arose between the owners and relocated has always sought the most favorable outcome for those affected.
Thus, the company negotiated Urbamusa INGES surrender the building to the compensation board and give up the 15 homes liens as the court had ordered.
Different homes have been inspected by the Planning Department and are in perfect condition for obtaining a license of first occupation.
Also rents were paid in May, June, July and August that were paid by the relocated pending.
Urbamusa has promoted these efforts since their interest to find a quick solution to problems caused by lack of income for some owners of the Compensation Board.
