Will imminently commence work that will build 131 housing in the hamlet of New Javalí
The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, Secretary of State for Housing and Urban Projects, Beatriz Corredor, and the Director of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, this morning signed the agreement allowing the promoter of the performance-Javalí Future SL-eligible for public assistance provided for land development.
Specifically, of the 3.4 million estimated cost, just over 1.9 million represent costs for the purchase of land and nearly 1.5 million to the cost of development.
The agreement signed this week allows the developer to receive a grant of 323,500 euros from the Ministry, equivalent to 9.5% of the total cost.
The priority action area of land has a total residential floor area of 12,112 meters squared and the resulting 100% reserved for housing.
The sponsor, for its part, undertakes to start within 3 years, at least 30% of the promotion.
