Councillor for Infrastructure and Community Services, Jose Arce, said this morning, in response to the statement issued by the municipal socialist group, the technicians of the municipal company Aguas de Murcia, came last September at the Crest Street Gallo, San José de la Vega, in response to complaints from neighbors and to prepare a report on the leaks caused in homes in the area.
According to the report issued by the municipal company leaks to garages are caused by a faulty connection of the internal equipment of the duplex with the stretch of public Rush (no nipple between pipes of different diameters) or valve installation retention.
According to Article 19 / 2 Sewage Regulation, being an internal action should solve owners.
In addition, under Article 25 of that Regulation, in point number 1, conservation, cleaning and repair of private drains should be carried out by parts of it.
This report, notes the Councillor for Infrastructure, were told to affected landowners on 4 October.
