The managing director of the Institute of Housing and Lands, Jane Brown, today visited the construction of the new development of 12 housing for young people in the neighborhood of Espinardo Murcia.
"Facilitating access to housing for young people in the region is a priority for the Institute for Housing and Land, from which we focus on social policy, in this case, will allow twelve young people form their home in Murcia conditions, and to a reasonable cost, "said Joan Brown.
The property, located on the main street of Espinardo, were awarded last September in a notary public lottery "under the criteria of equality and maximum transparency," remarked the managing director of the Institute of Housing and Lands.
Specifically, these 12 homes at number 115, the main street of Espinardo, one and three bedroom apartments, with surfaces between 40 and 90 sq meters.
Prices range between 55,000 and 123,759 euros and are located on a site that gave the Autonomous Community of the IVS for the construction of housing for youth.
In addition, the homes also have garages and still enjoying a protected price, and include state and regional aid of up to 18,000 euros to be granted to young people according to their socioeconomic circumstances, within the provisions of the Regional Plan Housing.
