The University of Murcia and the IMO Group Foundation, Madrid Institute of Oncology closed, with the presentation of scholarships and diplomas to students in the first class, the First International Master in Advanced Technology Applications in Radiation Oncology that have been organized.
In this event, which was held at the Hospital Reina Sofía de Murcia, also showed the next edition of the course, at present, the only one in Europe that trains specialists in the oncology area.
In the first issue, involving a total of thirteen students, all medical oncologists with extensive experience of eleven different nationalities, who have followed a training program of over 1,500 teaching hours, and over two hundred teachers and experts in Oncology Radiation.
Presided over the ceremony, the rector of International Relations and Health Sciences, Manuel Vidal, the president of the IMO Group Foundation, José Samblas, the general director of Planning, Health and Pharmaceutical Management and Research of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, José Antonio Garcia and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Joaquín María García-tin, as academic director of the masters, among others related to this training activity.
The closure was carried out under the Global Forum brings together these days in the city of Murcia, international experts present the latest advances and treatments in the field of Radiation Oncology.
