More than 250 neighborhood residents of the Holy Spirit (Espinardo) will benefit from project support for social inclusion that will improve your quality of life.

This is one of the actions foreseen in Urban plan for economic and social regeneration of the district.

A team of a psychologist, social worker, a social educator and a coordinator will develop a comprehensive and personalized with neighborhood families to discuss their problems and work with them to achieve their social inclusion.

The main objectives of this project is:

- Encourage learning for the acquisition of skills to solve economic problems, social, legal, family and individual that interfere with family stability and balance.

- To prevent situations of absenteeism, failure and / or premature withdrawal from school.

- Mediate in the family-conflict institutions before encountered.

- To prevent situations of vulnerability of dependents and inform Social Services technicians.

- To promote proper use of leisure time for members of the family in socio-community resources available, existing in the area.

- Align the appropriate steps aimed at promoting the living conditions in homes, and report on its efforts towards the acquisition and / or requests for housing.

The Governing Board today awarded this initiative to the company 7 Imagination, Collective for Socio-Cultural, Leisure and Recreation, Ltd. With an investment of 416,551 euros, financed by the city of Murcia (30%) and the European Regional Development Fund (70%).

The Urban Project for the refurbishment of the Holy Spirit will also be a change in the structure of the neighborhood by increasing the green areas, constructing new facilities and reducing the floor area by creating more opportunities for dialogue among neighbors.
