The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light last week approved three projects and specifications for paving, strengthening and improving the lighting in La Alberca, Algezares and Stables, for a total of 353,500 euros.
These projects are the result of a collaboration agreement signed between the President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, and the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, which will allow the districts to receive an injection of 5.9 billion euros, funded by the Autonomous Community.
These three projects, which receive the green light from the Governing Board, are part of the 55 construction projects to be implemented between 2010 and 2011.
The actions foreseen in the agreement, which generate more than 200 jobs, mostly responding to paving sidewalks and driveways, but also include improved lighting, in particular, projects were approved today by the Governing Board , six are strengthening the electric lighting.
