Councilman Mark Ros has returned today to demand full local government to solve, immediately and definitively, the problem of these families and the plight they are facing.
The eviction of the old houses were demolished orchard three and half years ago in exchange for a relocation home for every family, no cost, as promised by Mayor House, are three very serious problems in order of importance:
Urbamusa not paid rent since June, 2010 (the municipal company pledged to meet the payment of rent until the block houses were built) and now there are families who are about to be evicted by their landlords, having no money to pay the rent.
The relocation block is not finished yet.
Now we have a settlement, saying that the houses of the block itself will inhabit will cost them money and, in some cases, up to 45,000 euros per family.
The block being offered, have been seen by the neighbors, despite not being finished, has many irregularities and defects.
