The Consul of Italy in Barcelona, Daniele Perico, visited the University of Murcia to know their current situation and interest in their large numbers and the main projects of this educational institution.
Perico held a meeting in the building of convalescence with the rector, José Antonio Cobacho, and the rector Maria Angeles Esteban, who was briefed on the courses taught at the university and on major projects, among which is the Campus of Excellence "Mare Nostrum".
During the meeting agreed to maintain a close relationship with the consulate and the possibility of promoting trade relations with Italian universities, which are visited each year by Murcia University in mobility programs such as Erasmus.
