The Mayor of the City Council the standing orders in judicial proceedings affecting the Urban Planning (07/10/2010)

The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, has this morning signed a decree for the assistance to the council in open proceedings by the Court of Instruction No. 8 that affect the Planning Department.

In this way, the City will exercise all kinds of "actions, defenses, promoting events and resources that come before the competent courts and, in general, the laws authorizing measures to better defend the rights and interests of the City of Murcia ".
