The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the project and the specifications of 10 paving of roadways and sidewalks, in the districts of El Raal, Llano de Brujas, Beniaján, La Ñora, Corvera, The Albatalía St. Pius X, Cañada de San Pedro, Puebla de Soto and Monteagudo.
These projects are the result of a collaboration agreement signed between the President of the Autonomous Community, Ramón Luis Valcárcel, and the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, which will allow the districts to receive an injection of 5.9 billion euros, funded by the Autonomous Community.
These ten projects to receive the green light from the Board of Governors are part of the 55 construction projects to be implemented between 2010 and 2011.
The actions foreseen in the agreement, which will begin to develop in the coming months, responding mostly to paving sidewalks and driveways -40-projects, but also include improved lighting -14 - and the piping of the ditch Zambrana .
