The economy and finance of local governments and the impact of VAT are the central themes of the conference taking place tomorrow, day 7, the Moneo building of Murcia, organized by the University and City Hall.
The first lecture will be delivered by Felipe Arnat tax inspector, which will analyze the impact that the levy is in the financing of municipalities, while below Javier Martín, a professor at Complutense University, will study the economic relations of local and taxation.
The meeting will conclude with a roundtable discussion on VAT, local finance and economic crisis, with the involvement of politicians and other experts in the field.
