Herguedas noted that for this reason, the group presented to the plenary yesterday in an alternative motion also reject the further rise of light called a social pact to set energy policy in Spain, so that a strategic element as is energy, no longer driven by markets and again placed under public control, and prioritizing the interests of citizens, and developing criteria for escalation rates and social charges.
