The Councillor for Education and Youth, María Dolores Sánchez, inaugurated this morning the seminar 'inclusive leisure programs "organized so that entities in different countries to exchange experiences on activities for youth participation in all conditions.
The City Council has highlighted the integral role of programmed activities in networks, which run every weekend more than 1,000 young people, providing an average of 52 activities each weekend.
The seminar, which started today, ends on October 1 in the Youth Space 585 meters square, and has the presence of Murcia associations and countries such as Italy, Slovenia, Portugal, Romania and Finland.
This activity is part of the programming networks for free time, and that municipal recreation program for youth promotes inclusion, tolerance and solidarity.
The purpose of the meeting is to exchange experiences, methodologies and tools for inclusion of people with fewer opportunities.
Attendance at the seminar is free, and there will be presentations on information technology and communication in the service of leisure in people with intellectual disabilities, integration of youth with disabilities in recreational and leisure Networks program presentation, and entertainment Free time and youth at risk of exclusion in shelters.
The seminar is part of the European Youth in Action Programme.
