The Planning Department remodel the old road to La Ñora to facilitate access to Lane's neighbors Lorca, at the Albatalía.
About 200 people living and working in this area were unable to directly access road that is being remodeled.
The Town Planning Councillor, Fernando Berberena, is committed to the neighbors to change the project to remodel the old road to La Ñora, allowing direct access to the road.
Berberena adopted this agreement in a meeting with the residents of the hamlet.
The Councillor, together with management techniques and the presidents of municipal boards and district, will visit all the districts and districts of Murcia to raise awareness of urban development that has occurred in every hamlet since the adoption of General Management Plan Urbana-PGOU "(January 2001), and to meet the developmental needs of each area of the municipality.
The round of visits began on Monday in the hamlet of Bacons Bridge, and over the past week have visited The Arboleja, La Albatalía, San José de la Vega and Torreagüera.
Berberena held several meetings with residents, traders and association leaders from different localities.
The visits will last until November 30.
Also agreed with the neighbors Berberena Rail Tubes, Relena, Torremolinos (La Albatalía) and The Chronos (La Arboleja), start the process to build on lots that are free, as it is an area special urban equipped with all amenities.
In addition, residents of the lane Chronos and The owners of the former cannery Los Ródenas Management have asked the presentation of a special plan to demolish the buildings, which are also in special urban land and build houses.
New roads
Remove traffic from urban areas of the districts is one of the main objectives of the Planning Department.
In the hamlet of Bacons Bridge, one of the main demands of the residents is the acceleration of a partial plan north of the hamlet with the aim of expanding Villescas Torre Avenue, which joins Miguel Indurain (behind the Sports Palace) with Avenida de Levante future, which will build the ministry.
There are now built a stretch of the avenue, which runs parallel to Main Street and Bacons Bridge allows traffic congestion.
Berberena announced Torreagüera neighbors already drafted the construction of a bypass road in the hamlet in the mountains, this new road will eliminate traffic from the main street of the town.
Alderman also announced the construction of a road linking Los Dolores, from the way Tiñosa, past the railway bridge, with the Avenida de Los Dolores.
This is a ring which will prevent vehicles coming from The Open and San José de la Vega pass through the center of Los Dolores.
Industrial area
Also, the Planning Department intends to provide each district of industrial sites and services that contribute to job creation and development of the municipality.
The residents of San José de la Vega have asked the Management to develop a tertiary zone between the hamlet and Beniaján, to promote the installation of industries.
The purpose of the meetings of Alderman with social partners is to bring the districts Urbanism citizens and to contact municipal boards, neighbors, trade associations, landowners partial or special plans to publicize the urban development that has occurred since the adoption of General Plan, report the number of licenses issued, state the number of licenses to open businesses and industries in each area and its evolution, etc.
In addition, during meetings with the groups we expect to know development needs of different districts and neighborhoods, learn of problems encountered during the investigation of partial plans, special action units, etc. to solve them, and know the businesses that have closed, their problems and needs of new business openings.
All groups of districts and neighborhoods may be transferred to the Planning Department their problems, suggestions and projects for the future development of their area.
