Berberena begins a round of visits to all villages and districts of the municipality to raise awareness of the neighboring urban development that has occurred since the adoption of General Plan and meet the needs of each area
The Town Planning Councillor, Fernando Berberena, together with management techniques and the Chairmen of Municipal Councils and District, will visit all the districts and districts of Murcia to raise awareness of urban development that has occurred in every hamlet since the adoption the General Urban Plan-General Plan "(January 2001), and to meet the developmental needs of each area of the municipality.
The round of visits began yesterday in the hamlet of Bacons Bridge where the Councilor had several meetings with residents, traders and leaders of associations of the locality.
The visits will last until November 30.
The purpose of these meetings is to bring citizens and Urbanism contact municipal boards, neighbors, trade associations, landowners partial or special plans to publicize the urban development that has occurred since the adoption of General Plan , report the number of licenses issued, state the number of licenses to open businesses and industries in each area and its evolution, etc.
In addition, during meetings with the groups we expect to know development needs of different districts and neighborhoods, learn of problems encountered during the investigation of partial plans, special action units, etc. to solve them, and know the businesses that have closed, their problems and needs of new business openings.
All groups of districts and neighborhoods may be transferred to the Planning Department their problems, suggestions and projects for the future development of their area.
