"Active" T "is the name of the new program sponsored by the Center for Sports Medicine at the University of Murcia with which its leaders try to promote a healthy lifestyle among university students.
According to its makers, a sedentary lifestyle is dangerous conduct "impairs the body causing them to accumulate fat, lose muscle strength and weakens the cardiovascular system, hence the Sports Medicine Cendro launch this program to try to redirect those who enroll it to a physically active life under the concept "Healthy University".
The starting point will be a coroner's complete sports including a stress test.
After that, qualified staff of the center will establish a personalized training plan, with a quarterly basis, a new training plan.

The program will begin in October and ends in June.
