PSOE Councilmember Alfonso Navarro, says that, according to the settlement of the 2009 budget, revenues from economic activity ("Building and construction", "Goodwill", "Urban Land Use '...) utterly sink while increased by 5.3% income on line via direct taxes.
Notable increase of 11'4% of property tax revenue in 2009 compared to 2008.
Navarro argues that during 2009 the economic monoculture rages brick, sinking revenues of the City of Murcia that are bailed out by government transfers and the increased tax burden through direct taxes.
Revenue from direct taxes: In 2009 a 5.3% more than in 2008 (IBI, IVTM ... ..)
Generally occurs via an increase in direct tax revenues five times the IPC of the year 2009.
In 2008 the income in this chapter were of € 138,880,729, while in 2009 the number amounted to € 146,290,082.
Income urban use (Conventions, Assignments ... ..): disappear.
In 2008 the income from this source were € 18,802,131 and in 2009 revenues amounted to zero euros, have vanished.
Opening license revenue: Caen 27%.
The revenue in 2008 reached the amount of € 1,830,007, but in 2009 was lower (€ 1,306,926).
Fees and other income: A 17.6% less than in 2008.
Occurs in this chapter an overall revenue decline of 17.6% and in 2009 entered what was € 64,122,627, down from the one that occurred a year before amounted to € 72,454,962.
Current Transfers Chapter IV.
Government transfers rose by 12'9% and the Autonomous Region decreased by 14.9%.
Overall this chapter is experiencing a global rise of 8% from the € 93,020,069 in 2008 to € 105,045,683 in 2009.
State transfers go from 93 million in 2008 to 105,000,000 in 2009, however, transfers of the Autonomous Region in 2009 suffered a decrease of 14.9% over the 2008 spending of € 19,213,064 in 2008 to 16,352. € 389 in 2009.
In other of these transfers is that taking account of € 74,901,792 which the State has entered the City Council for payment of the works of E Plan for the year 2009.
