The Municipal Board, chaired by Rafael Gómez, works on Saturday 14 August at the conclusion of the tribute to the Virgen del Cisne de Ecuador.

The events begin with a Mass at 18 am in Church of Santa Maria de la Paz, in the polygon of the same name.

After the Mass there will be a procession to the Palm Garden on Avenida Primero de Mayo with Paul VI, which will be honored the patron saint of Ecuadorians.

The animation of this festival will be borne by Edison Vasconez and Jimmy Lopez, mobile disco DJ Nando.

Several guest artists interpret and bachata vallenato, rancheras, ballads, dance and theater.
