The 234 positions of the squares of municipal supplies all of the requirements hygienic sanitary (04/08/2010)

The town market hall, and offer a personalized and high quality products, offer all the guarantees health and hygiene.

It has unveiled a report which was made after two inspections by the municipal service consumption to 234 positions of the eight seats of municipal supplies.

Thus, it has carried out a notarized inspection of all open positions to check the premises, facilities and handling practices comply with the hygiene conditions laid down by regulations.

Although the first visit minor deficiencies were found, all of which have been corrected as found in the second inspection.

Inspection protocols include thirteen to check sanitary conditions at each facility.

Failure of these conditions results in gaps that global analysis have been grouped into six categories:

- CARD / CERTIFICATE manipulations include shortcomings related to lack of current license or continuing education

- INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT: Includes the deficiencies in the rule of floors and walls, lighting, container for solid waste disposal and any implement proper to the activity carried out (knife sterilizer)

- COOLING CONDITIONS: Includes deficiencies relating to the provision of thermometers, storage temperatures of the chambers, separation of different species origin of meat, lighting protected within display cases and state of cleanliness and maintenance of the camera.

Deficiencies in this group we only consider butchers' stalls, sausage, fish, frozen and salted fish

- SINK: Includes the deficiencies relating to the absence of a proper sink and easy access.

It is considered that a proper sink must be equipped with running water, soap, single use towels and not hand-operated faucet.

- CONSUMER INFORMATION: It is considered as mandatory information in addition to prices, established by law for the purposes of traceability in beef, fish and fruits and vegetables.

- FOOD LOADING ON THE GROUND: a stack is considered appropriate that in the food, both inside and outside the office, are off the ground.

- SELF-CONTROL PROGRAM: A proper self-management program includes the following: temperature records, cleaning and disinfection program, and disinfection program, vendor relationship, records of incoming goods etc.

This requirement demanded for the first time in 2009.

In the case of self-monitoring and, despite being a new beginning and a practice unknown to the vendors, their implementation has achieved a fairly satisfactory.

As for the cafe-bars, it undertakes that the kitchen is separated from the bar area with sufficient capacity, various cabinets for cleaning products and dish / food, dishwasher, vent ...

The main conclusion is that the squares of the city of Murcia supplies are establishments that have such regular checks of both health and consumer information, and, together with the personal attention and close of the incumbent and the client, offer a guarantee the consumer demand.

In total the municipality has eight seats of supplies, the largest being the Veronicas, followed by Saavedra Fajardo and Vistabella.
