Around 15,000 young people have participated in the municipality's program activities for leisure networks, the Department of Education and Youth, in the first half of the year.

Have been active for 17 weekends, with an average of 50 activities each weekend.

During the first six months of the year there have been 64 different activities, with 691 sessions.

Networks has a great variety of sports, recreational, cultural and solidarity in order to offer an alternative leisure leisure time of youth.

Networks intended to convey the idea that there are other ways to have fun, allowing the participation of not only young people but of all those involved in youth social fabric.

Proof of this is the progressive integration of the various institutions that make up the Municipality juvenile tissue (IES, Associations, Universities, Neighborhood, Public Schools ...).

So far this year have been active in two quarters.

The first, from January 21 to March 14, included eight weekends with a global participation of 7,600 youth.

Among the main activities is the workshop of bracelets, earrings and key chains, activity 'Know your city' and the eleventh edition of the championship night futsal Networks, with the participation of 24 teams with 250 participants.

The second quarter took place from April 15 to June 20 for 9 weekends.

More than 7,300 young people participated in outdoor activities and workshops in painting, drawing and illustration, aerobatics and Iss Championship Pro Evolution Soccer, among many others.

Also during this quarter has included the IES El Carmen in the activities, with five proposals among which cajón and graffiti.

During the first six months of the year have been active in over 30 different places and has had the participation of 28 entities in the municipality.

According to surveys, the level of satisfaction of participants is 93%.
