The Socialist Group has presented today to the plenary the following motions, questions and requests:
HUERTA PLANS PARTIAL MOTION and hamlets
Councilman Jose Zapata socialist today called for more facilities in full for the construction of houses in the special plans for the garden and hamlets.
Currently, residents are only obstacles in order to build their homes in these areas because of special soil features required by the General Plan.
This motion was approved unanimously.
MOTION TO PUBLIC TRANSPORT IMPROVEMENT
The mayor José Manuel Abellán has raised another motion asking the PP an urgent improvement of urban transport buses stalled for many years and is deteriorating, with the discontent of the people is apparent.
Has raised several proposals, among which the extension of hours until 11 pm bus from the city districts, the creation of exclusive bus platforms, replacement of the Lightning 13 and the unification of tariffs for the price of ticket is 1 euro on all tours.
The PP has rejected this initiative.
MOTION OF PEACE NURSERY
María Dolores Abellon The mayor has proposed an initiative in full so that, as a matter of urgency, the PP to the reform of the cover of this nursery.
The conditions under which are small and teachers of the municipal nursery are unfortunate overheating of spaces in summer, cold in winter, noise produced by the wood flooring and appliances and leaks covered by the 'engineering home 'Workers of the nursery for many years.
The PP has also rejected this motion.
MOTION FOR ADOPTION DOGS AND CATS
Sebastian Peñaranda The mayor has asked today to be enabled in Terra Natura exhibition service, maintenance and adoption of abandoned pets in the kennel.
Peñaranda has championed this initiative to the high number of abandoned animals to the pound can not accommodate for their lack of capacity, producing a great number of sacrifices, more than 3,500 per year
This motion has been rejected by the PP.
In addition to the motions, Socialist Group members have submitted in full the following requests:
Socialist spokeswoman, Maria Jose Alarcon, has tabled a question in full in relation to gaps and needs that the residents of La Alberca (decent public transport, problems with sidewalks, municipal nursery extension, provision of a day center, emergency services in the afternoon at the health center, etc.).
For his part, Councilman José Antonio García Baños has asked the municipal PP why is not public service municipal hall located in the resort of SERCOTEL and when you plan to put it to use so it can be enjoyed by Espinardo neighbors.
The socialist mayor Abellon Lola has raised two questions in full.
The first in connection with the construction of the center of San José de la Vega promised for more than six years by the PP and the second on the number of disabled parking cards which the council has issued in recent years and if plans to increase the number of reserved spaces.
In closing, Councilman Sebastian Peñaranda has submitted two requests.
One for the PP to take the necessary measures to rehabilitate the natural entrance to the hamlet of Rincon de Beniscornia and reshape the traffic in the area.
And the other for the Municipality to take action and eliminate the pylons located in the center of this hamlet.
