In these last days of July, when the Universidad Internacional del Mar is located in Ecuador of its 2010 edition, have already passed the 2,000 students enrolled in its courses, which foresees a final figure over the previous years.
The summer courses organized by the University of Murcia, with 27 editions under his belt, and constitute a landmark in the landscape of summer courses at Spanish universities.
The 2010 edition brings together the most diverse fields of knowledge and many specialists of renowned national and international.
During the month of July, the International Ocean University has organized a total of 21 courses, and four during the months of May and June.
In August, provides for the fifteenth edition of "Watching the Sea", to be held in Eagles among 8th and 12th of August, while during the month of September, providing a total of 25 summer courses.
Topics such as archeology, education, disability, substance abuse, sailing, diving science, optics, balneotherapy, aging and health, nature, tourism and how to deal with diseases transmitted from animals to humans will be discussed during a month in many municipalities meet Murcia some of the leading specialists in their respective fields.
One of the characteristics of these courses is the great diversity of its venues.
This year there are 22 municipalities that host these courses: Abarán towns of Murcia, Aguilas, Alhama, Blanca, Cartagena, Cehegín, Cieza, La Union, Lorca, Los Alcazares, Molina de Segura, Murcia, Puerto Lumbreras, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera, Torre Pachet, Totana Yecla and Torrevieja (Alicante) and Sant Antoni de Portmany (Ibiza).
