Councilor José Ballesta says that families can enjoy sheltered housing prices have public aid can reach 20,000 euros

The first phase of this development project will build 167 subsidized housing (VPO) before October 2011, while the latter is not due to run until December 2014 and will construct 80 housing.
Regional Housing Plan
In the line of support for homeownership, the Regional Plan designed by the Executive Murcia increases up to 60 percent from the previous plan booked subsidies to large families, single parents with children, dependent or disabled people and their families.
Furthermore, in the case of young people, subsidies for first home access increase up to 40 percent from the previous plan.
