The next school year 2010-2011, students in the CIEP San Juan Bautista de Alquerías will have three new children's unit, a multipurpose classroom and toilets, as well as new areas.
This was announced this morning the Councillor for Education and Youth, Lola Sanchez, and the Director General of Department, María José Jiménez, the visit has made the development of the redevelopment of the center.
The investment was financed by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, is 587,658.69 euros.
The new building will have two plants, located in the playground of the existing educational complex.
The ground floor will house three classrooms of children (up to 75 students), storage, toilets for teachers and students, as well as space for various facilities, warehouse and accessible toilets.
On the first floor there will be a computer room, a multipurpose plant general toilets, two warehouses and distribution elements.
The building will have two entrances, according to the ages of the students, so there will be one for children and another for primary.
Child students have direct access to the classrooms on the ground floor, particularly around the yard, from which you can access a lobby with access to a toilet adapted toilets and general computer lab and classroom multivalent first floor by stairs and an elevator adapted.
The project also includes two escape stairs inside the building, a general one that is open and the students will access the top floor and the second, which is protected and used only in case of evacuation.
