Image using a famous brand of illegal cigars to sell each bottle at a price of 100 euros

National Police agents have seized 4,800 liters of rum and more than 1,000 bottles illegally labeled with a famous brand of cigars.

Took advantage of the brand of cigars for sale at 100 euros per bottle, when production cost would be around five.
There have been 18 bottling and distribution of spirits in Murcia, Badajoz, Malaga, Almeria, Seville, Cadiz, Cordoba and Jaen.
Specifically in the town of Torreagüera (Murcia), was the headquarters of the company that received the rum in barrels, which was purchased in bulk and imported from the Dominican Republic.
Once in Spain, rum was then packaged in bottles that were labeled with the name of a famous brand of Havana cigars.
The use of this mark had not been authorized by their rightful owners, which in fact were sold.
The market price of every 70cl bottle of rum was over 100 euros, while its production cost was around five euros.
Records in eight provinces
The researchers tracked the points where the bottles were "false" and deployed an operation in several regions.
Hence, there were 18 bottling and distribution of spirits in the towns of: Murcia, Torreagüera, and Cehegín San Javier (Murcia), Málaga, Sierra de Mares (Málaga), Almería, Huércal de Almeria (Almeria), Badajoz, Mairena Aljarafe (Sevilla), Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), Almedinilla (Córdoba) and Manchareal (Jaén), Móstoles (Madrid), Mazarambroz (Toledo), Chirivella (Valencia), Almazora (Castellón) and Imárcoain (Navarra).
Three people were arrested and 14 more suspects charged as a continuing offense against intellectual property.
Agents also seized more than 1,000 bottles of rum "false", boxes, labels front and back of neck, and 4800 liters of rum frozen.
The research was carried out by officers from the Specialist Crime Central of Central UDEV the Judicial Police Commissioner-General, in collaboration with provincial and local Brigades Judicial Police of Murcia, Almería, Málaga, Córdoba, Jaén, Puerto Santa Maria, Madrid, Toledo, Navarra, Valencia, Castellón, Badajoz and San Juan de Aznalfarache.
