The Bookmobile visited last week the village of Alquerías to facilitate the loan of books, music and movies to their neighbors.
The bus has been located in the plaza of the Church of Stables.
The Councillor for Education and Youth, María Dolores Sánchez, visited the bookmobile accompanied by the headman of the village, Francisco Zamora, youth association 'Alquerías Live' and a technician from the region.
During the visit, the City Council met Bookmobile services and distributed books among the residents of Stables.
The bus will return to the village on 22 July and 5 and 19 August.
The bookmobile is a project of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Community, which has been underway since 1998 to bring the loan of works to the widest possible readership.
To make a loan and must present ID card.
Books may be returned at the next visit of the bookmobile or sent by mail to the Regional Library.
María Dolores Sánchez has also met with the youth of the association 'Alquerías Live' for their projects and initiatives.
