"Obviously, said Moya-Angeler, we are in an extraordinary situation such as the acute economic crisis that we have been through. This has caused changes in many aspects, and has also affected the adoption of the budget settlement in 2009."
The head of the Treasury claims the 18 million that the City has received from the State and has led the council to realign and undertake a huge effort for the local administration.
