The Plenary of the City of Murcia has approved this morning an agreement aimed at enabling the districts to maintain a minimum of financial services, avoiding their neighbors the need to travel to access these services.
To do this, the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community will be asked to take into account the municipality of Murcia in the negotiation process it is carrying out with financial entities.
The purpose of this proposal is to find a legal formula that allows the restoration of financial services in the event of the 'financial blackout' in some district, as a result of the closure of bank branches.
