The Office of the Prosecutor has filed the complaint filed by the councilors of the PSOE against the former PP councilor, Roque Ortiz, who resigned after filtering a record of an internal meeting held outside the City Council.

The Superior Prosecutor of the Autonomous Community has notified the resolution agreed in the investigative proceedings initiated following the PSOE's complaint for an alleged crime of prevarication, proceeding to its filing because it considers that the facts object of the complaint 'are not constitutive of any crime.
