He has highlighted the support of militants of the thirteen socialist groups of Murcia in a process that aims to strengthen the unity of the party to be more useful to society

José Antonio Serrano presented this afternoon at the headquarters of the PSOE a total of 270 endorsements of militants of the municipality of Murcia, a figure that doubles the maximum number established to be nominated for the election of Secretary General of the Socialist Association of the Municipality, whose limit it stands at 130 endorsements.

These guarantees have been signed by militants of the thirteen socialist groups of Murcia, so Serrano said that "they are a symbol that we are going in the right direction, to build a strong and united PSOE that responds to the problems of the Murcian citizenship "

He expressed his "gratitude for the trust and support I am receiving from the socialist comrades of the municipality, who have personally transferred their hope for the PSOE to advance in its coordination and offer the alternative of change that the municipality of Murcia needs "

He has also announced that, from the first minute he is proclaimed as a candidate, he will begin to meet with the militancy to get to know at first hand the most pressing problems of each corner of the municipality, paying special attention to the abandonment suffered by many neighborhoods and districts.

Serrano is convinced that in this process "the PSOE is making a demonstration of responsibility, compared to other parties that are distracted in their internal fights and do not pay attention to what is really important, which is the well-being of people"

In this regard, he stressed that, instead of so much extraneous spending, it is necessary to provide solutions to the lack of employment, poverty, lack of care for the elderly, the unfortunate state of many schools, transportation problems or insecurity. citizen, among others.

"Offer solutions to these problems will be the priority of the PSOE of Murcia, because our strength is that we know how to listen to people and share their concerns, which are also ours," he said.
