The city of Murcia hosts next Sunday April 29 the IV Race to Benefit ASTEAMUR, which has the support of the Department of Sports and Health and Social Services and Development Cooperation of the City of Murcia, the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia and the newspaper La Opinión de Murcia and sponsored by the Orenes Group.
The Asteamur-RUN-DAY 2018 is included in the official calendar of the "Región de Murcia Running Challenge 2018" and will have absolute races starting at 9:30 and children's races starting at 11:30, the start being located and goal in the Ronda de Garay Avenue (in front of the Red Cross) After the children's races there will be a musical show for the little ones in charge of the "Caja de Música" company.
Children's races will have a distance of 150 and 700 meters, while those of adults will take place on a 5-kilometer circuit, with the possibility of completing a lap or two, totaling 10 kilometers in total.
"We are facing a new edition of something more than a race." The Run Day organized by Asteamur is a party, a good formula for citizens to join for a cause of solidarity, as is the case of this non-profit association, whose purpose is to help people with autism spectrum disorder ", explained Felipe Coello.
Participation in children's races costs only € 2, while the price for the absolute categories is € 10 and includes technical shirt, broker's bag, insurance, etc.
"The collection obtained by the inscriptions is destined 100% to the association of parents with children with autism spectrum disorder of Murcia, Asteamur, so we encourage Murcia and Murcia to show their solidarity again and participate in this day ", highlighted Conchita Ruiz.

Registration, both for children and adults, will be made through the website of the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, on the website www.alcanzatumeta.es or at http://www.asteamur.org/, being the maximum deadline on April 25 at 8:00 p.m.
The bibs will be collected on Saturday, April 28 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Carrefour Zaraiche facilities and on Sunday, April 29, the same day of the race until 1 hour before the start of the races, in the area. of exit in front of the hospital of the Red Cross of Murcia.
Along with the bibs will be given a gift bag for the runner with a commemorative technical shirt, both for adults and for children's categories.
