The Hospitality of Lourdes receives the Special Prize 2018 of the Association Cruces de Mayo de Cabezo de Torres (23/04/2018)

The Cruces de Mayo Cultural Association of Cabezo de Torres delivered yesterday the Special Prize 2018 to the Hospitality Murciana of Our Lady of Lourdes, in the act that took place in the Parish of Our Lady of the Tears of this hamlet Murcia.

The president of the Cruces de Mayo Association, María del Carmen Ruiz, presented the distinction to the diocesan president of Hospitality, Joaquín Martínez, in recognition of the "excellent work that has been done" by Hospitality as a religious institution, for its 50th pilgrimage, and for "helping and taking care of the sick", especially in this year that celebrates its Hospitaller Jubilee.

In addition, the Municipal Board of Cabezo de Torres also wanted to recognize, with a commemorative plaque, the work that Hospitality has done in these 50 years of pilgrimages with patients to Lourdes.
