NOW MURCIA affirms that "everything seems to indicate that in Urbamusa we are facing practices contrary to the Law on Public Sector Contracts", for which reason it requests that the municipal development company "be liquidated, passing its competences to municipal services".
The municipal training has voted against the accounts of Urbamusa in the board of directors held today, "because these accounts have not been audited by the Intervention Service of the City."
In the same sense, the councilor Angeles Micol emphasizes that "there is no favorable opinion of the Municipal Intervention, but seek to make an external audit chosen by Urbamusa itself."
For the mayor, "we are facing an obscurantist management in which hundreds of thousands of euros are handled in contracts and management commissions, as well as in the hiring of personnel without going through the Municipal Intervention".
Micol notes that "everything seems to indicate that we are facing practices contrary to the Public Sector Contracts Law, with the disguised concession of contracts to Urbamusa and this to other companies without presumably adjusting to said law".
