The City Council, through the Department of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development, has developed an extensive program of workshops and children's activities that will take place in the Glorieta, Santo Domingo and the Plaza Circular until next Friday.
Thus, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Glorieta there will be different workshops such as 'Plant your garden in spring', 'Murcia en miniatura: handicrafts', 'Prepare your spring juice', 'Learning to weave' , and 'Artesanía huertana'.
In the Plaza Circular, and with the same schedule, will take place the activities 'Plant your spring garden', 'Showcooking of paparajotes', 'Learn regional dances', 'Murcia in miniature: Handicrafts', 'Showcooking of desserts huertanos', 'Show of birds of prey', 'Learning to weave' and 'Crafts orchard'.
Finally, a storyteller will be celebrated in Santo Domingo every day at 12 a.m. and at 6 p.m., and a magic show will take place at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
All these activities are free and open access.
The Councilor for Modernization of Administration and Urban Development, José Guillén, explained that "the spectacular nature of our Spring Gardens is also fun and entertainment for the little ones.We want a live Murcia and more in Spring Festival".
In addition, the Silk Garden, the Salitre and El Rocío has 30 attractions distributed in 55,000 square meters, under the name 'The Garden of the Giants'.
It will be open until next Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 9 pm.
Also, the Artillery Barracks offers the Drilo Zone, with inflatables, workshops and free access animation until Sunday, from 11 am to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm.
