The regional chief executive, Fernando López Miras, attended today, in the church of San Antolín de Murcia, the traditional besapié to the Santísimo Cristo del Perdón, "a unique event that is worth living", and which he described as "very special and emotional".

López Miras stressed that this act "also forms part of our traditions and customs, of the way of being of the citizens of this Region and, ultimately, of our living legacy".
