The Board of Government of the City of Murcia has approved this morning the regulations for the admission of students in the Infant Schools of the City of Murcia for the school year 2018/2019.

Councilman Rafael Gomez has informed that from April 23 to May 11 will be open the deadline for applying for the 2018-2019 course in the Municipal Children's Schools: EI San Roque in Algezares, EI Beniaján in Beniaján, EI La Ermita in La Alberca, EI La Paz in Murcia, El Lugarico in El Palmar, El Ntra. Mrs. de la Fuensanta in Santiago El Mayor and El Ntra. Mrs. de los Angeles in Sangonera la Verde.

The age of the children for whom a place can be requested is from three months to two years (those born between January 1, 2016 and May 11, 2018).

The vacancies to cover for the next course are 300 seats, which will be distributed based on the established scale, which considers the economic situation of the family unit, the employment situation of the parents, the existence of siblings in the center, being a large family or single-parent, the studies of the parents at the time of registration or situations of multiple births.

In case of a score tie, the following criteria will be applied, in order:

1º.- In the case of a classroom, both tutors work.

2º.- Have a brother / sister admitted in the selection process.

3º.- Existence of children under 6 years of age.

4º.- Proximity to the Center of the family or work address.

5th.- Lower family per capita income.

6º.- Order of priority of the applicants whose first surname begins with the letter resulting from the draw made by the General Secretariat for the

Public Administration for the corresponding year.

Those interested can collect the necessary documentation for the application in each of the nursery schools, as well as on the website www.escuelasinfantilesmurcia.es.

The documentation presented will be collated by the Center Management, with the corresponding original.

The falsification of documents will result in non-admission and the non-presentation of documentation will result in the non-assessment of the scale of admission, or the establishment of the maximum fee for the Public Price for the provision of the Infantile Schools service.
