The spokesman of Cs, Mario Go'mez, is going to propose in the Plenary of Thursday a plan of integral improvement of the Industrial West Estate and that the necessary procedures begin to enable a budget item for the asphalting of some of its streets, giving priority to C / B-2 (from C / Julián Romea to C / Cardenal Belluga);
and C / Mayor Clemente García (from C / Juan de la Cierva to C / Cardenal Belluga).
In this sense, Gómez recalled that "it is not the first time that from Citizens, both in Sewer and Murcia, we warned about the state of abandonment of the Industrial West Estate;
and we demand the start-up of a renewal plan capable of slowing down its deterioration ".
However, "at this point," the Cs spokesman complained, "everything remains the same, despite the time that has elapsed and the approval of a budget item in the regional budget of 1,500,000 euros for the adaptation of the industrial polygons ".
Thus, Gómez has once again warned about the regrettable situation in which the Industrial West Estate follows.
"The neglect of the successive governments and organizations has culminated with raised sidewalks and curbs, bumpy streets, asphalted in terrible conditions, deficient lighting, absence of urban furniture and poor signaling."
