Cambiemos Murcia will propose to the Plenary next Thursday a motion to increase the green parking area in the vicinity of the general university hospital Morales Meseguer, in the neighborhood of Vistalegre.
The councilor who will defend this initiative has explained that the presence of the hospital center causes the area to register a large daily influx of people who travel there by private vehicle.
The hospital is located in an area whose parking is managed by the ORA, in different rates, but the most abundant is the blue zone, which is much more expensive than the green zone.
This situation has an even more incisive effect on the family economy of users who, as patients or companions, are forced to spend long periods of stay in this hospital service.
Therefore, and "in the case of a public health service", Murcia Change has proposed to minimize the economic impact through the expansion of the green zone, also called labor, to the detriment of blue.
