The Department of Social Rights and Development Cooperation, led by Conchita Ruiz, will allocate 230,000 euros for the competitive competitive bidding process to finance various action programs in the field of Social Services and Social Welfare.
This has been determined by the Governing Board this week, responding to an annual commitment from the government team, which allows for the promotion of actions and projects that work with the most vulnerable sectors of society.
The actions must be aimed at carrying out projects or intervention activities in the following population sectors:
Family.
Greater
People with disabilities
Childhood and adolescence
Gender equality
Immigrant population
Gypsy community
Associative movement and volunteering
Other groups at risk of social exclusion or situation
In addition, any other sector of the population that falls within the scope of the Council of Social Rights and Development Cooperation may have the opportunity to present their projects and opt for this financial aid.
But also, and beyond the indicated actions, the entities participating in the call may request that a percentage of the subsidy be allocated to the maintenance of the entity itself for the development of its activity.
Non-profit entities that collect in their statutory purposes the performance of activities aimed at any of the groups that are the subject of the call and the projects must be co-financed with their own resources and / or other organizations or institutions may request a grant.
