The Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, the Councilor for Traffic and Public Safety, Lola Sánchez, and the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, along with representatives of members of the Cabildo Superior de Cofradías and some brotherhoods and municipal technicians of different services have done this morning the traditional route through the streets of the urban area in order to check all the accesses and the good state of the different infrastructures necessary for the passage of the processions of Holy Week.
In this way we seek to eliminate any obstacle that prevents the good running of the different parades such as cables, streetlights, containers, pivots ...
In the Alfonso X el Sabio avenido various actions will be carried out such as pruning the trees of Alfonso X the Wise, on the opposite side to Las Claras, preventing the parking of vehicles and removing the containers and the MUyBICI station on Santa Clara street, where the pivots will also be removed.
In addition, sand will be thrown on Echegaray Street both on the pavement and on the sides to match the sidewalk, the banks of the Plaza del Romea and the pivots of the sidewalks of Calderón de la Barca will be removed.
It will also be necessary to prune the trees and remove the pots from the José Esteve Mora plaza.
