The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has approved the free transfer of two vehicles to the NGO Azul en Acción for its destination to the Development Cooperation projects that they carry out.
A measure promoted by the Department of Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage directed by Rafael Gómez.
Specifically, the two vehicles that the Consistory donates will be allocated to the projects that are being carried out in the South of Morocco, initiatives to support the collective of women through a multidisciplinary program
"We talked about literacy actions, occupational training and development of the associative fabric to promote the empowerment of this group in the social framework", explained the councilor.
The vehicles will be used to support occupational workshops and the Network of micro-enterprises created by women with the support of the NGO Azul en Acción in Murcia, as a result of their commitment and collaboration with the most disadvantaged sectors.
