It is a two-month pilot project that can later be transferred to the rest of the employment offices, and that offers 'feedback' on the speed of the service, the treatment received or the facilities
The Office of the SEF of Ronda Norte, in Murcia, has become the first of a national employment service that collects in real time the assessment of its users.
Specifically, the level of satisfaction with the services offered is measured through an interactive survey in two electronic devices that have been installed in the Office.
These two devices are composed of a seven-inch touch screen, and make it easier for citizens to evaluate the received attention in an easy and intuitive way.
For this, they must answer six questions about their level of satisfaction with the speed of the service, the treatment of the staff of the Office or the quality of the facilities.
In addition, this system allows to collect data from the respondent, obtain reports with all the valuations sent, and filter the results by different categories, such as date, punctuation and question.
Thus, for example, it will be possible to determine if the levels of user satisfaction varied in a certain period of time, and analyze the causes.
This initiative is a pilot project of two months for which the Ministry of Employment, Universities and Enterprise has had a Murcia company specialized in interactive screens.
At the conclusion of this trial period, the possible installation in the 24 remaining Employment Offices in the Region of Murcia will be evaluated.
The general director of the SEF, Alejandro Zamora, stressed that "it is essential for us to strengthen the relationship with the user of the SEF Office, to know more in depth what are their assessments and what are the aspects in which it detects that there is room for improvement , always with the basic objective of offering the best possible service ".
Modernization of employment services
In view of the implementation of this system, the commitments of the Strategy for Quality Employment 2017-2020 have been taken into account, a road map of the regional government on employment, which establishes among its principles that of modernization and improvement of public employment services, to achieve a relationship with the closest, most agile, most dynamic and also most accessible citizen.
Thus, this initiative joins others as the application 'SEF Mobile', which allows access from a mobile device or tablet to many of the services of the SEF, at any time and anywhere.
Through this tool the user can search for job offers, training courses, renew their job demand, that is, 'seal unemployment', or request an appointment in their office.
