This gastronomic exhibition, which is part of the Week of the Huerta, will be held from 10:30 and will feature chefs like Julio Velandrino and Maria Dolores Baró
Within the program of the III Week of the Huerta, will take place this Saturday in the gardens of the Malecón the showcooking 'Cooking the garden', at 10:30 am, where chefs of the municipality will show how they elaborate typical recipes huertanas.
This event will begin with the presentation and performance of Julio Velandrino, chef at La Taúlla restaurant, where an explanation of market products and how to select them will be made.
The chef will also prepare the Pipirrana passioned tomato recipe.
After this recipe, Maria Dolores Baró, gastronomic trainer and cook in the program 'Cocina con Baró' will prepare the traditional dish of Potaje de Huerta de Vigilia.
To culminate with this sample, you can taste a cocido huertano, prepared by 'Arroces El Tato' from 13:00 along with Estrella Levante beer to accompany the tapas.
