The law hall of the Faculty of Law will host this Thursday, March 8, the conference 'The revolution of October 1917 and its cultural imprint'.
The talk will be given by Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Murcia Magdalena Garrido Caballero and is part of the conference cycle 'One Hundred Years of Russian Linguistic Theory'.
This cycle, which coincides with the celebration of the centennial of the Russian Revolution, aims to highlight the importance of Soviet linguistics in the development of linguistics as a science with the temporary distance that the passage of a century represents.
The conferences are being developed since last February and will end in June.
